Is late check-out available?
Late check-out is subject to availability. Please check with the Front Desk the morning of your departure.

Does the hotel have car parking facilities?
Yes, on-site parking is available throughout the property.            
            
Can I bring my pet? 
Yes, Poco Diablo Resort features specific pet-friendly rooms availability. Please book a pet-friendly room prior to your arrival.
                
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in time? 
Certainly, we have a Bell Closet for luggage if your room is not available upon your arrival.
                
What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
21 years old, ID required.
  
Will your rooms allow rollaway/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Rollaways are available at a cost of $10 per day. Cribs or pack n plays are available at no charge.     
        
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours? 
Yes, Poco Diablo has a fitness center featuring 2 elliptical machines, 2 treadmills, and a recumbent bike. Also a universal gym, a sit-up and press bench, as well as an assortment of free weights.

Hours are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
   
Do you have a spa
Poco Diablo Resort is home to The Spa at Poco Diablo, a boutique day spa offering massage and body treatments, facials, hair, and bridal services.              
            
What are your cross streets? 
Find Poco Diablo Resort at State Route 179, 1 mile north of Chapel Road roundabout.
                
Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, a limited number of connecting rooms are available. Please confirm availability with Reservations prior to your arrival.
                
What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my reservation?
All major credit cards as well as cash are accepted. First-night deposit required when placing a reservation. Refundable subject to rate cancellation policy.               
            
How do I report a missing item? 
Please call the Front Desk, 928-282-7333 for lost and found.
            
Do you allow smoking on property?
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the property, following Arizona state law of maintaining a minimum distance of 21 feet from any entrance, exit or vent intakes.
